Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Milton Melgar in the 50th minute of play forced México Eterno MZC's goalkeeper Jailson Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Supay Puka Huasi FC's Gilmar Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieter Gamache in the 88th minute of play. Jailson Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Gaspard in the 89th minute of play. Diego Ribas hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Supay Puka Huasi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Ribas came free, but Gilmar Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
