An unexpectedly hard shot by Furo Rede in the 8th minute of play forced Republica Ploiești's goalkeeper Pompiliu Hâncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Ronaldo Pinheiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Republica Ploiești's Pompiliu Hâncu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. São Francisco FC86's Furo Rede got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Ronaldo Pinheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pompiliu Hâncu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Pinheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pompiliu Hâncu. Republica Ploiești's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Pinheiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Ricardo Madeira came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the São Francisco FC86 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Madeira couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Pinheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pompiliu Hâncu. Republica Ploiești's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Pinheiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Ronaldo Pinheiro scored 0-4 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pompiliu Hâncu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Furo Rede made a precise shot to the right of Pompiliu Hâncu. Republica Ploiești's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for São Francisco FC86. Ronaldo Pinheiro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pompiliu Hâncu. 0-6. Republica Ploiești's Pompiliu Hâncu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Ronaldo Pinheiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 45th minute of play forced Republica Ploiești's goalkeeper Pompiliu Hâncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pompiliu Hâncu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 49th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Luca Gavrilescu made the kick off in the second half. Republica Ploiești's Pompiliu Hâncu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Republica Ploiești from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Ronaldo Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Hâncu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Ronaldo Pinheiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 63 played minutes Ronaldo Pinheiro rounded Republica Ploiești's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-8. 67 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Pinheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Pompiliu Hâncu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pompiliu Hâncu made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Ronaldo Pinheiro sent off a good shot on target. Ronaldo Pinheiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Pompiliu Hâncu made a huge save. Pompiliu Hâncu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Pinheiro's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, São Francisco FC86's Ronaldo Pinheiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pompiliu Hâncu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pompiliu Hâncu was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Furo Rede capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Furo Rede really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. In the 89th minute, Furo Rede ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pompiliu Hâncu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. Ronaldo Pinheiro took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pompiliu Hâncu. Pompiliu Hâncu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. If Furo Rede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. São Francisco FC86's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
