The supporters of Platingucu SK booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Rostholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rene Rostholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nichlas Vesterdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baran Bilge Ergunalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sigismund Ravnskjold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Zikri Erincer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zikri Erincer made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Rene Rostholm sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Platingucu SK's goalkeeper Zikri Erincer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Rostholm. Platingucu SK's Akay Özalpman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Amadeo Gonsalvo, made in the 34th minute of the game. Rene Rostholm might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zikri Erincer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Rostholm ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 42nd minute, Kléber Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zikri Erincer made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Rene Rostholm sent off a good shot on target. Zikri Erincer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Rostholm in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Rostholm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Platingucu SK's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Rostholm came free, but Zikri Erincer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Rene Rostholm notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Platingucu SK's Zikri Erincer. Zikri Erincer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rene Rostholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zikri Erincer having to make a save. Rene Rostholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Randers A.F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodrigo Tome in the 70th minute. Zikri Erincer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Rostholm's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. If Rene Rostholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zikri Erincer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Rostholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute Rene Rostholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zikri Erincer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
