AlbaStars FC were furious when Clovis Baraton was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The AlbaStars FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murillo Fantini should have stopped the shot. Iustin Ştiopul had several of the Jagiellonia Bialystok's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-2 score and a disappointed Michael Iurisch as he didn't even see the shot coming. AlbaStars FC made a substitution. Zymbyl Bytyçi replaced Bedri Pjetri. Sören Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oni Hysi during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Murillo Fantini came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Jagiellonia Bialystok's Lech Czekaj. But to his dismay, Lech Czekaj quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the AlbaStars FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jagiellonia Bialystok.
