After 6 minutes, Avram Tremurici mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the THE CRYSTAL SHIP and the Newpi Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Avram Tremurici hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Newpi Academy's Antonio Perrando couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to THE CRYSTAL SHIP getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ricardo Grigore hit a great ball. The supporters of THE CRYSTAL SHIP booed when Newpi Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Perrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Newpi Academy's Richard Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Ezkerra in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Newpi Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Borys Dudek was slow to take the kick. During this time THE CRYSTAL SHIP's players had a chance to rest. Paşa Borlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Efren to maneuver through the defense. Richard Textex was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Borys Dudek. Cornelio Guerrero struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Paşa Borlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newpi Academy. In the 30th minute Esteban Ezkerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Textex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paşa Borlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tonete in the 32nd minute of play. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas D Agostino in the 40th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Tonete was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alberto Tonete sped through THE CRYSTAL SHIP's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paşa Borlu. The audience was convinced that Esteban Ezkerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Textex was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's goalkeeper Paşa Borlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tonete. Richard Textex was left in no man's land by his defense there! THE CRYSTAL SHIP made a substitution. Luca Dănilă replaced Esteban Ezkerra. Alberto Tonete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Paşa Borlu made a huge save. Paşa Borlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tonete in the 76th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Perrando. Newpi Academy's Richard Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Dănilă in the 81st minute of play. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Dănilă in the 83rd minute of the match. If Luca Dănilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paşa Borlu made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Antonio Perrando sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas D Agostino came free, but Richard Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Luca Dănilă made a precise shot to the right of Richard Textex. Newpi Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Newpi Academy's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
