Curcio Carballeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gösta Andreasson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Curcio Carballeira ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Curcio Carballeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Getafe Deportivo's supporters rose to their feet, but Curcio Carballeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gösta Andreasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gösta Andreasson was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Curcio Carballeira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Curcio Carballeira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 26th minute Torbjörn Grep shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Castellano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes of play, Ninjas FK's Jorden Blomme made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jairo Castellano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Getafe Deportivo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curcio Carballeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorden Blomme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Jairo Castellano made a huge save. When Curcio Carballeira came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Club Getafe Deportivo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Curcio Carballeira couldn't finish the play. Iosu Bastida hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Ninjas FK's Jorden Blomme got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Club Getafe Deportivo were the better team. Club Getafe Deportivo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
