When Fang Bin Tian came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Forza Heppenbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fang Bin Tian couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Forza Heppenbach getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Primitivo Taner hit a great ball. When Edgar Ciolofan came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Forza Heppenbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Ciolofan couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Granicerul's goal looked a bit too open when Fang Bin Tian came free, but Remus Vuia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Ares in the 17th minute of play forced Forza Heppenbach's goalkeeper Hans-Joachim Amerhauser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Fang Bin Tian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remus Vuia was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After 19 minutes, Fang Bin Tian made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Granicerul's Remus Vuia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Granicerul's zone, Fang Bin Tian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remus Vuia came out of the goal and Fang Bin Tian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remus Vuia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stephan Appiah in the 31st minute of play. In the 36th minute Dinu Pelin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute of the match Granicerul got a corner. Forza Heppenbach's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valeriu Zoreanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Valeriu Zoreanu made a great header on Granicerul's corner, it was just that Forza Heppenbach's Hans-Joachim Amerhauser managed to reach the ball for a save. Dinu Pelin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Granicerul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forza Heppenbach the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Granicerul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costin Vulpe to maneuver through the defense. The Granicerul players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Forza Heppenbach were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fang Bin Tian to strike the kick off in the second half. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Pelin in the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Fang Bin Tian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forza Heppenbach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fang Bin Tian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Pelin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Forza Heppenbach's Hans-Joachim Amerhauser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Pelin in the 61st minute of play. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Pelin in the 66th minute of play. Ruben de Wolf's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Remus Vuia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Remus Vuia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fang Bin Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valeriu Zoreanu in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Stephan Appiah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forza Heppenbach's supporters rose to their feet, but Stephan Appiah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Vuia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute, Fang Bin Tian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forza Heppenbach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ruben de Wolf struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Remus Vuia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forza Heppenbach. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Pelin in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben de Wolf in the 87th minute of play forced Granicerul's goalkeeper Remus Vuia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Forza Heppenbach's Hans-Joachim Amerhauser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Ares in the 88th minute of play. Granicerul were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Forza Heppenbach's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Valeriu Zoreanu took the corner. Granicerul's Jack Ares was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Forza Heppenbach's Hans-Joachim Amerhauser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Ares in the 96th minute of play. The Forza Heppenbach supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Forza Heppenbach would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
