Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Romeo Lechințan got the match started through his kick off. Newton FC's Zeledon Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Chico in the 5th minute of play. Zeledon Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Chico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute of the match Red Proud FC got a corner. Newton FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Aipytos Stavropoulos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Newton FC's Zeledon Hug did a great save. The audience was convinced that Romeo Lechințan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Hug was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Zeledon Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Chico, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Zeledon Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Velasques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, Fan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zeledon Hug was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Newton FC defense, Fan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Hug. The Newton FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Hug should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Red Proud FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Daniel Santiago hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Diogo Velasques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeledon Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Lechințan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Newton FC's zone, Hernan Chico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Hug came out of the goal and Hernan Chico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Newton FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Red Proud FC were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evelio Jerold to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Newton FC's goalkeeper Zeledon Hug had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Lechințan. Newton FC's Zeledon Hug proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Newton FC from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Furo Rede in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Newton FC's Pablo Gomes. Zeledon Hug made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeo Lechințan in the 64th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aipytos Stavropoulos got free with Zeledon Hug in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zeledon Hug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Chico in the 71st minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Zeledon Hug successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Newton FC's Emanuel Bilbo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Red Proud FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fan in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that Aipytos Stavropoulos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zeledon Hug quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zeledon Hug was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aipytos Stavropoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. Fan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Hug having to interfere. Fan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Zeledon Hug made a huge save. A hard shot 86 in the game by Romeo Lechințan from a close distance when the talented Zeledon Hug managed to make a qualified save. Newton FC's players were relieved. Newton FC's Zeledon Hug proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Newton FC from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Red Proud FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Newton FC.
