Witomir Ziomkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Kent Beckeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miromir Gdowski in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Norberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Glentown FC booed when spikarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Hård didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 29 played minutes spikarna got a freekick which was hit by Sven Nordkvist. After a rather tough play, Glentown FC's Miromir Gdowski got a free kick in the 35th minute. Kent Beckeman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Sune Offendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Hasta Alfonso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Norberg was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasta Alfonso in the 74th minute of play. Lars Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Gdowski in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasta Alfonso in the 95th minute of play forced spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, spikarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sune Offendahl to maneuver through the defense. Glentown FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
