A collision led to Duendes Verdes getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Anier Delfino hit a great ball. Mateo Santana came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by 卡納里尼奧 FC's Célio Albuquerque. But to his dismay, Célio Albuquerque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hugo Asteri kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Mateo Santana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulysses de Senna's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Mateo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses de Senna in the 16th minute of play. Mateo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Duendes Verdes booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseu Alagoano in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilson Matorin's late challenge caught a Duendes Verdes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A beautiful save bye Duendes Verdes's goalie prevented a goal. David Jaizki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Édouard Mendy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Duendes Verdes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 卡納里尼奧 FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseu Alagoano to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Eliseu Alagoano got a free kick in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michel Alvarenga during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Duendes Verdes booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Amadeu Furlan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albino Azeari in the 67 minute of the game. If Hugo Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd match minute, Duendes Verdes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Bizi to maneuver through the defense. Duendes Verdes's Mateo Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulysses de Senna in the 85th minute of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Duendes Verdes side.
