The audience was convinced that Herminio Pere's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Monte Lobato was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Benedicto Quin might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lara Guadalupi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Quin ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Unidade Pinto Louco's Anton Uudikas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Monte Lobato. Monte Lobato had great luck who in the 42ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Herminio Pere from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 43rd minute Unidade Pinto Louco were awarded a corner. Hugo Coelho went to the cornerflag to take it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Tasso FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Juca Tasso hit a great ball. In the 54th minute Herminio Pere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monte Lobato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monte Lobato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 康源军 in the 95th minute of the match. Unidade Pinto Louco's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
