An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphaël Lallemand in the 7th minute of play forced Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Kryspin Dembkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Andrew Carrillos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Tanek Zurawski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Van Mechelen in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Victoria Mlawa's goal looked a bit too open when Raphaël Lallemand came free, but Kryspin Dembkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Tanek Zurawski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrew Carrillos in the 25th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Andrew Carrillos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Victoria Mlawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrew Carrillos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tanek Zurawski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abraham Beauval took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kryspin Dembkowski. Kryspin Dembkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Kryspin Dembkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Beauval in the 40th minute of play. Kryspin Dembkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Beauval went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrew Carrillos made a kick off. Victoria Mlawa's attentive Bartholemew Quigley managed to snatch the ball when Gaël Thuilliez made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Tanek Zurawski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Van Mechelen in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Les Pionniers de Touraine's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Van Mechelen came free, but Tanek Zurawski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hervé Malaise might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kryspin Dembkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hervé Malaise ran back to his position shaking his head. The Les Pionniers de Touraine players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
