Namık Hinoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Minas Makris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes in the game, Hugo Bastos dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Celedonio Eguen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Bastos in the 19th minute of the match. After 21 minutes Matheu City FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hortêncio Moreira who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Lea FC's corner Hortêncio Moreira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Celedonio Eguen quite easily take care of the ball. Hugo Bastos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Lea FC booed when Matheu City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Santio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Rozarius in the 32nd minute of play forced Lea FC's goalkeeper Namık Hinoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Matheu City FC's Blas Rozarius in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. One of Lea FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Matheu City FC:s goal. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Matheu City FC. Minas Makris stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Namık Hinoğlu. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

53 minutes into the match, Lea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Manny came free, but Namık Hinoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Matheu City FC's Minas Makris, in the 55th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Matheu City FC. Namık Hinoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robinho Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubaldo Poncio hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Namık Hinoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Minas Makris in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Serafo in the 67th minute of play forced Lea FC's goalkeeper Namık Hinoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Lea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Salgado came free, but Namık Hinoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Eguen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Bastos. The audience was convinced that Robinho Salgado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Namık Hinoğlu was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Lea FC defense, Robinho Salgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Namık Hinoğlu. The Lea FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Namık Hinoğlu should have stopped the shot. Namık Hinoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Minas Makris in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Matheu City FC fully deserved thier win.
