Ismael Rossell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Staicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ştefan Staicu in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Rossell saved Loja S.C. from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Victor Peres could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Raşit Özdilek however easily saved by the left post. In the 31st minute, Calistrat Babeș made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Rossell. Loja S.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A collision led to F.C Alex Bucuresti getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gabriel-Omar Batistuta hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, F.C Alex Bucuresti's Ştefan Staicu got a free kick in the 39th minute. Raşit Özdilek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Vedeja's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Loja S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Staicu came free, but Ismael Rossell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
