The Kanaryalar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Viktor Häll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vural Sadri, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Kristoffer Ek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Ruisko was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Adolfo Ruisko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Vural Sadri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Viktor Häll having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vural Sadri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viktor Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Bordeanu in the 51st minute of play. When Vural Sadri came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Kanaryalar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vural Sadri couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Sivert Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the match, NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Viktor Häll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vural Sadri. 56 minutes into the match, Kanaryalar's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Lorien came free, but Adolfo Ruisko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, NovaStella FK's Viktor Häll got control of the ball when Alvar Aspengren tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, NovaStella FK's Inocencio Lorien nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Ruisko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Adolfo Ruisko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Lorien in the 88th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Inocencio Lorien put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Adolfo Ruisko. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kanaryalar players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for NovaStella FK.
