In the 17th minute, Sabino Valverde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pretorianos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ángel Romero sped through Pretorianos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marciano Idacio. In the 30th minute Sabino Valverde suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, Pretorianos FC's Santos Lauren got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hector Cambranes. Marciano Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ángel Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Facundo Forró had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Cambranes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Berart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pretorianos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Valery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Cambranes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 86 played minutes Pretorianos FC got a freekick which was hit by Tommi Kankaanpää. In the 87th match minute, Pretorianos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Lauren to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th match minute, ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ángel Romero to maneuver through the defense.
