The audience was convinced that Sigvard Brask's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexis Vincenti was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Balders Hage IF's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Buzea came free, but Eric Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Morris FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Gullesson to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Maxim Domuță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Wicklein in the 21st minute of play forced Balders Hage IF's goalkeeper Eric Fredriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexis Vincenti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sigvard Brask in the 25th minute. In the 27th match minute, Balders Hage IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakarias Skytt to maneuver through the defense. Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Wicklein in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute Horia Buzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Morris FC's Bernard Wicklein sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eric Fredriksson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Morris FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Nils-Emil Ahlstedt hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Andy Finsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Balders Hage IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maxim Domuță in the 46th minute. A nice corner shot did that Maxim Domuță got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alexis Vincenti quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horia Buzea in the 48th minute of play. Eric Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Buzea in the 49th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horia Buzea to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigvard Brask in the 58th minute of play forced Morris FC's goalkeeper Alexis Vincenti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Fredriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horia Buzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Fredriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horia Buzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Alexis Vincenti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Asklund in the 69th minute of the match. When Christoffer Eckegren fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Morris FC's protests and gave Christoffer Eckegren a yellow card for diving instead. Sakarias Skytt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Alexis Vincenti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sigvard Brask fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexis Vincenti having to interfere. Nils Asklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Bernard Wicklein got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eric Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nils-Emil Ahlstedt went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Morris FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jan-Ove Kråk hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Balders Hage IF's Maxim Domuță broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Bernard Wicklein took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Eric Fredriksson to make any attempt to save it. Horia Buzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Fredriksson having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Morris FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Balders Hage IF side.
