Teodoro Peio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's Bora Oyum managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tadeo Barea in the 22 minute of the game. After 24 played minutes Atlético Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Damario. Despite this Teodoro Peio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Atlético Nacional defense, Estevão Reis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodoro Peio. The Atlético Nacional fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodoro Peio should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute, Olcay Orkun Gökekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
