Filip Josefsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafin Bernal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filip Josefsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Serafin Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Josefsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the PINGO PINGO defense, Xepe Godan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dionisio Raphael. The PINGO PINGO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Raphael should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Filip Josefsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Bernal. Talleres de Escalada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filip Josefsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Filip Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Serafin Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Josefsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Xepe Godan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Raphael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Mateo Gartzi hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the game, Xepe Godan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dionisio Raphael. Xepe Godan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xepe Godan to strike the kick off in the second half. The PINGO PINGO fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when PINGO PINGO's Filip Josefsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Filip Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Bernal having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Talleres de Escalada's Xepe Godan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Raphael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, PINGO PINGO's Gilberto Demario got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Baldomiro Cordarrell kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Dionisio Raphael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Acuña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67thth minute of the game Xepe Godan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PINGO PINGO's Dionisio Raphael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st match minute, Talleres de Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Lesardo to maneuver through the defense. PINGO PINGO's Alvaro Micarelli was substituted for Filip Josefsson. PINGO PINGO made a substitution. Desta Roy replaced Baldomiro Cordarrell. The supporters of PINGO PINGO booed when Talleres de Escalada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Lesardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Alvaro Micarelli came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the PINGO PINGO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Micarelli couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Micarelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafin Bernal was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Virgo Pechal made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PINGO PINGO's Doctor Frankenhaeuser. With a little luck, Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal got control of the ball when Alvaro Micarelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Acuña hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The PINGO PINGO players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Talleres de Escalada from taking control.
