The supporters of General Velásquez booed when └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Renato Goycolea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. General Velásquez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Goycolea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Tucknott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Zhan Chen in the 14th minute of play. Arlindo Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 22nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Simão got free with Henry Tucknott in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henry Tucknott made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Gong Zhan Chen sent off a good shot on target. The └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
