The tension between the Stolpskottet Väsby BK and the GALACTICOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 32 played minutes Stolpskottet Väsby BK got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Pașcalău. Andrés Hong took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jens-Ove Kihlberg. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noel Hägele in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jens-Ove Kihlberg saved Stolpskottet Väsby BK from getting behind. Göran Gummeson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half GALACTICOS were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Kim Eskilsson was substituted for Gilbert Lange. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Reinard Lambrechs was substituted for Jörn Magnusson. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Kilian Mbappè was substituted for Necip Mutluer. Jens-Ove Kihlberg made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Elco Vid sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the game, Elco Vid recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jens-Ove Kihlberg. Elco Vid showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Noel Hägele was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Stolpskottet Väsby BK's zone, Noel Hägele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ove Kihlberg came out of the goal and Noel Hägele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
