Kartal Başar might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlisle Schultz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kartal Başar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute Kartal Başar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlisle Schultz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aslan Raci kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Ingemar Kilman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Billy Hendrickx in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fluminense DF's Aslan Raci. Ingemar Kilman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Hendrickx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Fluminense DF were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Twierdza Osowiec's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aslan Raci took the corner. After taking down the ball on Fluminense DF's corner Aslan Raci fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ricardo Hendrickx quite easily take care of the ball. Joannes Leenknecht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Carlisle Schultz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Hendrickx made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Pierre Hopgood sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Fluminense DF's Aslan Raci got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Kartal Başar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingemar Kilman made a kick off. Fluminense DF's Prudencio Goiz was substituted for Ingemar Kilman. Fluminense DF's attentive Aslan Raci managed to snatch the ball when Billy Hendrickx made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. In the 85th minute of the match Fluminense DF got a corner. Twierdza Osowiec's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aslan Raci ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kartal Başar got free with Carlisle Schultz in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fluminense DF's Aslan Raci quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Billy Hendrickx, made in the 88th minute of the game. 91 minutes into the game, Maxime Maeijnaerts was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Twierdza Osowiec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fluminense DF the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Twierdza Osowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxime Maeijnaerts to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Goiz in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Twierdza Osowiec walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
