Ezequiel Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mich Batshuayi in the 16th minute of the match. Gene Emmenegger kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goal looked a bit too open when Titan Palermo came free, but Tristan Arioli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tristan Arioli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Titan Palermo in the 21st minute of the match. Tristan Arioli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Titan Palermo in the 24th minute. If Titan Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute Titan Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Arioli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tristan Arioli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Titan Palermo in the 42nd minute. Olympique Fribourg's Tristan Arioli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Titan Palermo in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Titan Palermo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titan Palermo in the 83rd minute of play forced Olympique Fribourg's goalkeeper Tristan Arioli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Moises Gregory managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mateo Esiquio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ezequiel Ugutz made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, Titan Palermo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Olympique Fribourg's Tristan Arioli. Tristan Arioli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
