Erubiel Chorche kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. When Erubiel Chorche got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zlatan Messi in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Alves saved SC Angrense from getting behind. In the 16th minute Kerkyra FC were awarded a corner. Erli Haaland went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Kerkyra FC's corner Paraskevas Labrakoglou fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Honorato Alves quite easily take care of the ball. Zlatan Messi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Honorato Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatan Messi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kerkyra FC's Zlatan Messi in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Honorato Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatan Messi in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Emiliano Cordarrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Angrense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Cordarrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Kerkyra FC's Radu Corocăescu got control of the ball when Erubiel Chorche tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes in the game, Erubiel Chorche dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After some careless play in the SC Angrense defense, Zlatan Messi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorato Alves. The SC Angrense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorato Alves should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, SC Angrense's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Messi came free, but Honorato Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paraskevas Labrakoglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorato Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatan Messi in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Meireles made a kick off. Zlatan Messi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Honorato Alves made a huge save. If Erli Haaland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 65th minute Paraskevas Labrakoglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fanis Nioras hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes Kerkyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Erli Haaland. 72 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Chorche came free, but Radu Corocăescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Kerkyra FC defense, Erubiel Chorche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Corocăescu. The Kerkyra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Corocăescu should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute Paraskevas Labrakoglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Takis Kanavidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kerkyra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Angrense the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Kerkyra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takis Kanavidis to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Artizar came free, but Radu Corocăescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Saúl Cavaco put in a rough tackle. In the 95th minute, Kerkyra FC got a penalty, and Erli Haaland placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. The Kerkyra FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kerkyra FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
