With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Garci in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Bernaldo saved Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darryl Buckner got free with Willian Cuesta in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Darryl Buckner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's supporters rose to their feet, but Darryl Buckner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willian Cuesta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 14 played minutes ARES FC DeusDeFutbol got a freekick which was hit by Börge Alkvist. Roman Garci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Dep Colonia Avellaneda:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ARES FC DeusDeFutbol:s goal. In the 21st minute there was a penalty for ARES FC DeusDeFutbol. Recai Nusrettin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Victoriano Bernaldo. 0-1. In the 28th minute of the match, Darryl Buckner tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Willian Cuesta saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 30th match minute, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börge Alkvist to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Darryl Buckner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's supporters rose to their feet, but Darryl Buckner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. If Roman Garci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Korneliusz Wozniak got a free kick in the 47th minute. Korneliusz Wozniak kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. Santo Libertad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Willian Cuesta made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Recai Nusrettin struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARES FC DeusDeFutbol. In the 65th match minute, Dep Colonia Avellaneda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wei Li to maneuver through the defense. Börge Alkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Victoriano Bernaldo. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Recai Nusrettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Bernaldo having to interfere. Darryl Buckner might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willian Cuesta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Darryl Buckner ran back to his position shaking his head. When Roman Garci came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the ARES FC DeusDeFutbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Garci couldn't finish the play. Felipe Muñoz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Victoriano Bernaldo made a huge save. The throw-in from Roman Garci in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Leopoldo Rosa. Willian Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Rosa in the 90th minute of play.
