Spectators: 196 (Terracing: 148, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Martijn August got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Stratton FC's Matthew Grieve got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Lawrance See made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martijn August in the 7th minute of play. In the 16th minute Artur Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrance See saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Bradshaw Waller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stratton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bradshaw Waller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lawrance See made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Kjellman in the 28th minute. FC Bal op het Dak were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Stratton FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marick Brunt took the corner. 35 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's Martijn August sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lawrance See narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Stratton FC's Lawrance See got control of the ball when Dan Kjellman tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Stratton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Mendes came free, but Lawrance See reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

FC Bal op het Dak's Iwan Valentijn was substituted for Martijn August. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Joop Meder replaced Shaq Francis. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alessandro Sacchi was the one to do the kick off. Lawrance See didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Kjellman went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute Iwan Valentijn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrance See saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, FC Bal op het Dak's Iwan Valentijn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lawrance See made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Lawrance See didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Kjellman went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. After 81 minutes, Martyon Gronow mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stratton FC and the FC Bal op het Dak players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Stratton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martyon Gronow to maneuver through the defense. Martyon Gronow hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Iwan Valentijn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lawrance See was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After 92 minutes of play, FC Bal op het Dak's Iwan Valentijn made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lawrance See was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the FC Bal op het Dak players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
