In the 8th minute Kent Stenman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Favila scored 0-2 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Teles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Danilo Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Tonete in the 13th minute of play. Leandro Ederono took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Teles. Danilo Teles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Los Bacanas FC's Danilo Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Favila in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Lobo in the 45th minute of play forced Los Bacanas FC's goalkeeper Danilo Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Los Bacanas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Tonete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Danilo Teles was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nemesio Lobo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-14 in the 66 minute of play. In the 69th minute, Ovidio Favila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danilo Teles was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-15. GUSESI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basri Tanyeli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Luis Tonete made a precise shot to the right of Danilo Teles. Los Bacanas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-19. In the 98th minute, Ovidio Favila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GUSESI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-20. The Los Bacanas FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GUSESI were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
