Kuido Suursaar started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Matúška in the 3rd minute of play forced PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Claus Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claus Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Brændgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute of the match FC Stinking Dogs got a corner. PomeziaRamblers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cihangir Olgunsu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to FC Stinking Dogs's Gunnar Brændgaard getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 23 minutes, Alfonso Iezzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PomeziaRamblers and the FC Stinking Dogs players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, PomeziaRamblers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Iezzi to maneuver through the defense. Claus Himschoot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gunnar Brændgaard's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gunnar Brændgaard in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claus Himschoot saved PomeziaRamblers from getting behind. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Brændgaard in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Scibilia in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Stinking Dogs's goalkeeper Ondrej Fratrič to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wang Yu Quan fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Stinking Dogs's protests and gave Wang Yu Quan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Stinking Dogs getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Wang Yu Quan hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, Bruno Scibilia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ondrej Fratrič. FC Stinking Dogs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Scibilia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. A collision led to PomeziaRamblers getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Freddie Ljungberg hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, PomeziaRamblers's Benjamin Ülger got a free kick in the 58th minute. Ondrej Fratrič showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kuido Suursaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Kuido Suursaar scored 4-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ondrej Fratrič, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Claus Himschoot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Brændgaard. Alvaro Pesce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claus Himschoot having to interfere. Ondrej Fratrič came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by PomeziaRamblers's Kuido Suursaar. But to his dismay, Kuido Suursaar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 90th minute, Bruno Scibilia made a precise shot to the right of Ondrej Fratrič. FC Stinking Dogs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. There was no doubt that PomeziaRamblers were the better team. PomeziaRamblers's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
