Türkeş Akşit might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nico Van Meerbek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Türkeş Akşit ran back to his position shaking his head. Nico Van Meerbek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Türkeş Akşit's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the Brakkies New Bastards defense, Türkeş Akşit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nico Van Meerbek. The Brakkies New Bastards fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nico Van Meerbek should have stopped the shot. Nico Van Meerbek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Türkeş Akşit in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brakkies New Bastards's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Naci Tansu was slow to take the kick. During this time Andırın SK's players had a chance to rest. Otis Vandamme made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jan-Joost Van Linthout. 28 minutes into the match, Brakkies New Bastards's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Akşit came free, but Nico Van Meerbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nico Van Meerbek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Türkeş Akşit's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. When Andırın SK's Türkeş Akşit in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Brakkies New Bastards's Nico Van Meerbek got control of the ball when Türkeş Akşit tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zhu Ao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andırın SK's Cyprian Trochowski was substituted for Uygar Orhan. Andırın SK made a substitution. Batıhan Saik replaced Türkeş Akşit. After 68 played minutes Andırın SK got a freekick which was hit by Türkeş Akşit. Zhu Ao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robben Kints in the 69th minute of the match. Andırın SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Naci Tansu in the 73rd minute. Andırın SK's Naci Tansu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nico Van Meerbek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nico Van Meerbek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batıhan Saik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nico Van Meerbek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batıhan Saik, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Jeronimo Telesforo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After 80th play minutes Batıhan Saik shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Nico Van Meerbek and just under the crossbar into goal. Brakkies New Bastards's Nico Van Meerbek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Brakkies New Bastards from getting a goal against them. In the 86thth minute of the game Batıhan Saik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brakkies New Bastards's Nico Van Meerbek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nico Van Meerbek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batıhan Saik in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robben Kints in the 91st minute of play forced Andırın SK's goalkeeper Zhu Ao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Andırın SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Andırın SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
