After a defensive mix-up in Norrlands Athen's zone, Victoro Collados stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Safet Hands came out of the goal and Victoro Collados tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Måns Sandberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holmes FC's Rafael Maria Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holmes FC's goalkeeper Rafael Maria Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Holmes FC defense, Måns Sandberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Maria Navarro. The Holmes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Maria Navarro should have stopped the shot. Ruperto Estolaza kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The shot was stopped by Safet Hands but with some difficulty. After taking down the ball on Norrlands Athen's corner Calle Bergfelt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rafael Maria Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. In the 88th minute, Calle Bergfelt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Norrlands Athen's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
