The coaching staff of A.D.ESMOJÃES protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gai Vazquez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Emotep SK booed when A.D.ESMOJÃES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gai Vazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in A.D.ESMOJÃES's zone, Hasan Hüseyin Başol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Rijo came out of the goal and Hasan Hüseyin Başol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
