Leonides Rosio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nilson Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save ITAFUT 4EVER from getting a goal against them. Leonides Rosios short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Nilson Peres to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Ryszard Barycz managed to get in a good position for a shot. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Ryszard Barycz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lester Serre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonides Rosio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilson Peres came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonides Rosio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 24th minute. If Ryszard Barycz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 27 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Barycz came free, but Lester Serre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Lester Serre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Barycz in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Barycz in the 40th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Lester Serre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonides Rosio to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, ITAFUT 4EVER's Lester Serre threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ryszard Barycz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Camilo Mouricio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
