Silverio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Fragou in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Claudinho Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, meteora 1929's goalkeeper Soulis Vamvakousis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Balasi. Silverio Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Fragou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Dimitris Fragou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Cordearo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15th minute Benicio Balasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soulis Vamvakousis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soulis Vamvakousis having to interfere. Andres Ubelteso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soulis Vamvakousis having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CA Quake's Andres Ubelteso got a free kick in the 21st minute. 27 minutes into the match, CA Quake's Benicio Balasi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soulis Vamvakousis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When meteora 1929's Dimitris Fragou in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CA Quake's goalie prevented a goal. The nice shot from Benicio Balasi in the 36thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Soulis Vamvakousis had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After 38 minutes meteora 1929's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rogelio Sadurni who took care of the corner kick. A hard shot 42 in the game by Benicio Balasi from a close distance when the talented Soulis Vamvakousis managed to make a qualified save. meteora 1929's players were relieved. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 43rd minute, but Soulis Vamvakousis got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving meteora 1929 hanging dry this time. CA Quake were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after meteora 1929's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rogelio Sadurni took the corner. The corner led CA Quake's Rogelio Sadurni to fire away a dangerous shot which Soulis Vamvakousis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of CA Quake booed when meteora 1929 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinho Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dimitris Fragou made a kick off. When Benicio Balasi came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the CA Quake fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benicio Balasi couldn't finish the play. Soulis Vamvakousis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Aznaro in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Dimitris Fragou managed to get in a good position for a shot. meteora 1929's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimitris Fragou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Cordearo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benicio Balasi might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Soulis Vamvakousis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benicio Balasi ran back to his position shaking his head. Silverio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Fragou in the 66th minute of play. Soulis Vamvakousis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Balasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. meteora 1929's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Theofilos Bozidis in the 80th minute. Soulis Vamvakousis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Balasi in the 81st minute of the match. meteora 1929's Dimitris Fragou got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andres Ubelteso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soulis Vamvakousis having to interfere. After 86 played minutes CA Quake got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Mouricio. When Dimitris Fragou came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the meteora 1929 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimitris Fragou couldn't finish the play. Benicio Balasi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CA Quake's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
