The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alessio Zoccali might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Fidensio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessio Zoccali ran back to his position shaking his head. Basilio Fidensio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Zoccali in the 4th minute of the match. A.S. Udinese's Edmondo Giorda quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pablo Steven, made in the 7th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Joystick XXXV defense, Alessio Zoccali kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Fidensio. The Joystick XXXV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Fidensio should have stopped the shot. After 11 played minutes A.S. Udinese got a freekick which was hit by Corrado Falasca. Alvaro Rotili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Henric in the 13th minute of the match. Alessio Zoccali might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Fidensio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessio Zoccali ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Joystick XXXV getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Pablo Steven hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, A.S. Udinese's Dino Pozzoli got a free kick in the 28th minute. Alvaro Rotili made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmar Henric in the 29th minute. Alessio Zoccali scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Fidensio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alessio Zoccali blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basilio Fidensio having to make a save. In the 46th minute, Edmondo Giorda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmondo Giorda kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half A.S. Udinese were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vinicio Perico to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Basilio Fidensio. That made the score 0-3 after 52 minutes of play. With his leg Basilio Fidensio managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 59 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Fidensio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A.S. Udinese were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Joystick XXXV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Clemente took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ercole Fiorentino in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basilio Fidensio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the match, Joystick XXXV's goal looked a bit too open when Ercole Fiorentino came free, but Basilio Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 66 in the game by Ercole Fiorentino from a close distance when the talented Basilio Fidensio managed to make a qualified save. Joystick XXXV's players were relieved. Joystick XXXV's Basilio Fidensio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Joystick XXXV from getting a goal against them. Basilio Fidensio made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ercole Fiorentino sent off a good shot on target. Joystick XXXV's Fryderyk Kensicki was substituted for Vinicio Perico. After 72 minutes Joystick XXXV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Augusto Clemente who took care of the corner kick. The corner led A.S. Udinese's Augusto Clemente to fire away a dangerous shot which Basilio Fidensio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A throw-in in the 75th minute of the game was made by Pablo Steven with Cecilio Fix as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Norberto Otsando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joystick XXXV's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Otsando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Rotili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When A.S. Udinese's Edmondo Giorda in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joystick XXXV's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Ercole Fiorentino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basilio Fidensio was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. With a little luck, Joystick XXXV's Basilio Fidensio got control of the ball when Ercole Fiorentino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 93 played minutes Joystick XXXV got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Taurino. Ercole Fiorentino came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Basilio Fidensio could save by the left post. When the match was over A.S. Udinese could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Joystick XXXV throughout the match.
