Thanks to some nice moves Maximiliano Omar could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Cafu Martins however easily saved by the left post. Brazil Academy were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Manissivo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gildo Braga took the corner. In the 15th minute, Daniel Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Breno do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Mangueira in the 16th minute of play forced Manissivo's goalkeeper Cafu Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Manissivo getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. José Maria Mattos hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Maximiliano Omar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cafu Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Cafu Martins was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelo Mangueira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Manissivo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Manissivo:s Cafu Martins showed great skill when he stopped Gildo Braga:s penalty. The supporters of Manissivo booed when Brazil Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. When João Adolfo dos Santos came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Manissivo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Adolfo dos Santos couldn't finish the play. Cafu Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 38th minute Marcelo Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Daniel Amaral took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Cafu Martins to make any attempt to save it. Daniel Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Cafu Martins made a huge save. A collision led to Manissivo getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Brazil Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manissivo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Brazil Academy's Dino Senna got a free kick in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Amaral made a kick off. Francisco Ceresso hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Afonso Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Adolfo dos Santos in the 59th minute of the match. Afonso Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Adolfo dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Manissivo's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Amaral came free, but Cafu Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
