Jeremias Vedillo came out of the goal and Basilio Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute, Abelardo Domenec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. François-Xavier Dionnet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habakkuk Shearer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Volvimos mejores's Jeremias Vedillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Ciemiega in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Basilio Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Vedillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jeremias Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 莫正凌 in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Volvimos mejores's Habakkuk Shearer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 28th minute, Maciej Ciemiega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Volvimos mejores defense, Remigio Quirze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Vedillo. The Volvimos mejores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Vedillo should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute, Remigio Quirze left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ruquense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Jeremias Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Ciemiega in the 37th minute of play. Jeremias Vedillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Ciemiega in the 39th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Maciej Ciemiega left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ruquense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 43rd minute of the match Maciej Ciemiega shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jeremias Vedillo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Habakkuk Shearer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Maciej Ciemiega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute Habakkuk Shearer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but François-Xavier Dionnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Ciemiega in the 55th minute of play forced Volvimos mejores's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Basilio Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Maciej Ciemiega could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Jeremias Vedillo made a huge save. With a little luck, Volvimos mejores's Jeremias Vedillo got control of the ball when Maciej Ciemiega tried to sneak it across the goal line. François-Xavier Dionnet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habakkuk Shearer in the 62nd minute of play. Habakkuk Shearer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basilio Fernandez in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Vedillo saved Volvimos mejores from getting behind. 67 minutes into the match Basilio Fernandez climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-6 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Jeremias Vedillo. Adolfo Joseph recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Volvimos mejores made a substitution. Hugo Urtats replaced Eurico Lima. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Remigio Quirze put it in 1-8 from a short distance just to the right of Jeremias Vedillo. François-Xavier Dionnet came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Volvimos mejores's Bernabe Batista. But to his dismay, Bernabe Batista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. In the 87th minute, Hugo Urtats left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Volvimos mejores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-8. Jeremias Vedillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basilio Fernandez in the 91st minute. When Volvimos mejores's Bernabe Batista in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruquense FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ruquense FC played a much better game than Volvimos mejores and deserved their victory. The Volvimos mejores players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
