Bernt Alsaker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Diagur in the 4th minute of the match. When Capdevilla's Omar Maju in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Åsnes's goalie prevented a goal. In the 8th minute Capdevilla were awarded a corner. Adolfo Dolfo went to the cornerflag to take it. Bernt Alsaker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Maju's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Bernt Alsaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Åsnes's Tor-Kristian Fosse got a free kick in the 16th minute. Miguel Diagur struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Bernt Alsaker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capdevilla. After a rather tough play, Åsnes's Kim Alnes got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Diagur in the 21st minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Bernt Alsaker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Poyraz Erçetin in the 23rd minute really tested Pastor Valery's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bernt Alsaker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Diagur in the 34th minute of play. The Capdevilla fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Capdevilla's Omar Maju looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omar Maju in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernt Alsaker saved Åsnes from getting behind. Pastor Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Alnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsnes's goalkeeper Bernt Alsaker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roman Bide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kim Alnes to strike the kick off in the second half. Miguel Diagur took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernt Alsaker. Bernt Alsaker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Capdevilla's Pastor Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Alnes in the 60th minute of play. Pastor Valery stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kim Alnes's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Capdevilla's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Alnes came free, but Pastor Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 played minutes Åsnes got a freekick which was hit by Ray Man. Bernt Alsaker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Diagur in the 78th minute of play. Martin Rustad made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Capdevilla's Hilario Domeka. Martin Rustad kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Alnes in the 86th minute of play forced Capdevilla's goalkeeper Pastor Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Orlin's late challenge caught a Åsnes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Orlin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Åsnes booed when Capdevilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Orlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th match minute, Capdevilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Orlin to maneuver through the defense. Roman Bide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor Orlin kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Tor-Kristian Fosse didn't quite understand what happened when in the 99 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Capdevilla's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
