In the 14thth minute of the game Maxim Sfetcu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Independência Futebol's Luís Gustavo de Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maxim Sfetcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luís Gustavo de Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxim Sfetcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Luís Gustavo de Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maxim Sfetcu went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Independência Futebol's Luís Gustavo de Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Sfetcu in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match BVB 09 got a corner. Independência Futebol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Doru Balint ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Doru Balint got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luís Gustavo de Castro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zygmunt Koprowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Maxim Sfetcu struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Luís Gustavo de Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BVB 09. Maxim Sfetcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luís Gustavo de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Sfetcu in the 37th minute of the match. Luís Gustavo de Castro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxim Sfetcu's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Octavian Caragea put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Gustavo de Castro. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicky Butt was the one to do the kick off. If Maxim Sfetcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Octavian Caragea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Chiquinho Vander in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BVB 09's Marian Demian. Luís Gustavo de Castro came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu. But to his dismay, Maxim Sfetcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. BVB 09's Emmanouil Kappos was substituted for Marian Demian. 76 minutes into the match, Maxim Sfetcu notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Independência Futebol's Luís Gustavo de Castro. Luís Gustavo de Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. BVB 09's Valer Necula was substituted for Petre Coporan. BVB 09 made a substitution. Iacob Vernescu replaced Maxim Sfetcu. Luís Gustavo de Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iacob Vernescu went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Independência Futebol booed when BVB 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Caragea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olavo Bastos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zygmunt Koprowski having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, BVB 09's Iacob Vernescu made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Gustavo de Castro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Independência Futebol's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
