Alvise Di Leonardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Philip Gallin having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in PowerHawKings's zone, Eugen Iurașcu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippo Falasca came out of the goal and Eugen Iurașcu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 minutes, Amerigo Di Fabio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PowerHawKings and the Stjärnblomster players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Stjärnblomster fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Stjärnblomster's Patrik Smefeldt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Filippo Falasca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alvise Di Leonardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Philip Gallin having to make a save. Filippo Falasca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugen Iurașcu in the 29th minute of the match. Stjärnblomster's Philip Gallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Tatangelo in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stjärnblomster's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alvise Lucidi was slow to take the kick. During this time PowerHawKings's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvise Di Leonardo in the 35th minute of play forced Stjärnblomster's goalkeeper Philip Gallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvise Di Leonardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Philip Gallin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvise Di Leonardo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 40 minutes, Sten Bergren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stjärnblomster and the PowerHawKings players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Stjärnblomster getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gheorghe Crăiniceanu thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Philip Gallin, a very annoying self made goal in the 43rd minute which led to 2-2. Stjärnblomster's Steffen Kullgren was substituted for Eugen Iurașcu. Stjärnblomster's Aprígio Aleixo was substituted for Patrik Smefeldt.

But to his dismay, Steffen Kullgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. If Damiano Tatangelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Taranto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Philip Gallin having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Stjärnblomster could leave the field as winners, despite PowerHawKings having more of the ball for most of the match.
