In the 12th minute of the game Hugo Tomé made a throw-in which Luís Ribas played forward. When Amado Cortez came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Flores AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Cortez couldn't finish the play. Ivo Campelos short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Arturo Feo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 27thth minute of the game Ivo Campelo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flores AC's Arturo Feo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Inautzi came free, but Lisandro Festas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivo Campelo in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Feo saved Flores AC from getting behind. Arturo Feo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Ribas in the 38th minute. If Amado Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gavino Perfecto fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flores AC's protests and gave Gavino Perfecto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SLB TELHA booed when Flores AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Perfecto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Feo made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Luís Ribas sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, SLB TELHA's Arturo Feo threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivo Campelo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. SLB TELHA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hugo Tomé in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Ermegildo Inautzi made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Ivo Campelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Feo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When SLB TELHA's Ivo Campelo in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flores AC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivo Campelo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Feo saved Flores AC from getting behind. If Amado Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amado Cortez struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Lisandro Festas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flores AC. Lisandro Festas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Cortez in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Ivo Campelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Feo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Flores AC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hugo Tomé was slow to take the kick. During this time SLB TELHA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Hugo Tomé got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arturo Feo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lisandro Festas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Cortez in the 89th minute of the match. Ermegildo Inautzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The SLB TELHA players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
