But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sefa Danış couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when José San Martín got free with Lorien Vilela in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Delfim Araújo sped through Vänge IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lorien Vilela. 24 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's goalkeeper Lorien Vilela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José San Martín. After 26 minutes of play, Vänge IF's Sefa Danış made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauan Carvalho was left in no man's land by his defense there! José San Martín could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Lorien Vilela made a huge save. In the 37th minute of the match, José San Martín got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lorien Vilela was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cauan Carvalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After the first half Vänge IF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José San Martín made a kick off. Lorien Vilela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lasse Delvig in the 52nd minute of the match. Lorien Vilela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delfim Araújo went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Lorien Vilela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mikael Wenerdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Carvalho having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Dragomir Krachanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lasse Delvig in the 96th minute of play forced Vänge IF's goalkeeper Lorien Vilela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ALMA GUERREIRA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vänge IF for a fine match.
