An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Argoitz in the 5th minute of play forced Vänge IF's goalkeeper Lorien Vilela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorien Vilela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johan Hellström's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Chester Bennington's Kauan de Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Chester Bennington from getting a goal against them. Lorien Vilela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Argoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Jarl Vallengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kauan de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Chester Bennington getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Ernani Paiva hit a great ball. Vänge IF's Lorien Vilela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Hellström in the 39th minute of play. Lorien Vilela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Hellström in the 43rd minute of play. Lorien Vilela came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Chester Bennington's Artemio Argoitz. But to his dismay, Artemio Argoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Vänge IF's Sven Caspersson was substituted for Bengt Vestlund. With a little luck, Vänge IF's Lorien Vilela got control of the ball when Artemio Argoitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Ulf Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulf Bergqvist hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artemio Argoitz got free with Lorien Vilela in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lorien Vilela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artemio Argoitz's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Artemio Argoitz had several of the Vänge IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 64 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Lorien Vilela as he didn't even see the shot coming. Johan Hellström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lorien Vilela came out and tried to block the shot, but Johan Hellström slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 76th minute. Lorien Vilela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artemio Argoitz in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rubinho Bertassi got free with Lorien Vilela in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Artemio Argoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudinho Lima during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Claudinho Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Hellström in the 92nd minute of play forced Vänge IF's goalkeeper Lorien Vilela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute of the match, Johan Hellström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lorien Vilela saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the final whistle sounded Chester Bennington left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vänge IF.
