In the 5th minute Andreas Giöck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonsalve Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Gunnar Jakobsson managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Bozhil Vaptzarov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gunnar Jakobsson was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Elof Alströmer got a throw-in 10 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Andreas Giöck. Bozhil Vaptzarov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gunnar Jakobsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After 14 played minutes FK Crvena Zvezda got a freekick which was hit by Elof Alströmer. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Kadir Celilay managed to get in a good position for a shot. U.D. Mancini's supporters rose to their feet, but Kadir Celilay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Jakobsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute Bozhil Vaptzarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind FK Crvena Zvezda's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bozhil Vaptzarov struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Gunnar Jakobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.D. Mancini. The supporters of U.D. Mancini booed when FK Crvena Zvezda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elof Alströmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. You Lei Zheng's late challenge caught a U.D. Mancini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. You Lei Zheng helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FK Crvena Zvezda's You Lei Zheng got a free kick in the 31st minute. Gunnar Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 31st minute of play. With a little luck, FK Crvena Zvezda's Gunnar Jakobsson got control of the ball when Bozhil Vaptzarov tried to sneak it across the goal line. U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bozhil Vaptzarov struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Gunnar Jakobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.D. Mancini. Rudolf Esken hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Otto Levander was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Bozhil Vaptzarov put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gunnar Jakobsson. In the 45th minute, Bozhil Vaptzarov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U.D. Mancini fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. If Kadir Celilay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bozhil Vaptzarov made a kick off. A collision led to U.D. Mancini getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Kadir Celilay hit a great ball. FK Crvena Zvezda's Gunnar Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 53rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Bozhil Vaptzarov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gunnar Jakobsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Elof Alströmer made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Andreas Giöck. After a defensive mix-up in FK Crvena Zvezda's zone, Bozhil Vaptzarov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Jakobsson came out of the goal and Bozhil Vaptzarov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FK Crvena Zvezda getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. You Lei Zheng hit a great ball. After 67 minutes of play, U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gunnar Jakobsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 71st minute of play forced FK Crvena Zvezda's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by FK Crvena Zvezda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bozhil Vaptzarov was slow to take the kick. During this time U.D. Mancini's players had a chance to rest. Gunnar Jakobsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bozhil Vaptzarov's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, FK Crvena Zvezda's Folke Odeen got a free kick in the 75th minute. U.D. Mancini's Agustín Pedrosa was substituted for Kadir Celilay. In the 78th minute, Elof Alströmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 80 minutes, Bozhil Vaptzarov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U.D. Mancini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bozhil Vaptzarov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agustín Pedrosa scored 5-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gunnar Jakobsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 84 minutes into the game, Andreas Giöck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Crvena Zvezda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U.D. Mancini the free kick. A collision led to FK Crvena Zvezda getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Andreas Giöck hit a great ball. Elof Alströmer made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by U.D. Mancini's Lütfi Selahaddin. If Bozhil Vaptzarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 87th minute Bozhil Vaptzarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, FK Crvena Zvezda's goal looked a bit too open when Bozhil Vaptzarov came free, but Gunnar Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Bozhil Vaptzarov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gunnar Jakobsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. U.D. Mancini's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
