The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when U. de Tarapacá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xaime Morales didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Balboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A sloppy throw-in by Mark Devia in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFC FUSION's Dawid Beckham. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuan Zhen Lin in the 34th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuan Zhen Lin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36thth minute of the game Lino Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U. de Tarapacá's Ariel Balboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Balboa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Rios in the 38th minute of play forced U. de Tarapacá's goalkeeper Ariel Balboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Abilio's late challenge caught a U. de Tarapacá's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xaime Morales made in the 51st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kim Heers. 60 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Heers came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the AFC FUSION defense, Kim Heers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roberto Eztebe. The AFC FUSION fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto Eztebe should have stopped the shot. León Philippi made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jorge Garmendia immediately put the ball in play. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orfilio Orbañanos in the 67th minute of play. AFC FUSION's Wojciech Fiszer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rafael Demanet in the 69 minute of the game. Ariel Balboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Rios's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. 73 minutes in the game León Philippi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Roberto Carlo. In the 77th match minute, U. de Tarapacá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orfilio Orbañanos to maneuver through the defense.
