Carolo Frasquito didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in RWD Molenbeek's zone, Feliciano Salvatore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Billie Serneels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Resul Erdemalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Billie Serneels made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Arce in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute RWD Molenbeek were awarded a corner. Inocencio Guipuzkoa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to RWD Molenbeek's Gaizkine Urbina getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a little luck, Argentino de Buenos Aires's Billie Serneels got control of the ball when Lucas Arce tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Isusko in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loris Karius saved RWD Molenbeek from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the RWD Molenbeek players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
