After 32 minutes of play, VIEDMA FC's Rafael Veiga made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Milan Kropáček was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leon Pěnčík could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Luigi Buffon made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrián Guillermo got free with Milan Kropáček in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 86th minute Dragan Fiedler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luigi Buffon came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Leon Pěnčík. But to his dismay, Leon Pěnčík quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Although Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho had been in control for most of the match, VIEDMA FC still came away with the win.
