INTERISTAS's Petros Moustogiannis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Paulescu in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute Lucian Stere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Moustogiannis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markos Konstantinidis in the 5th minute of play forced FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper Marian Văduvescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Robert Antohi got a free kick in the 6th minute. With his leg Marian Văduvescu managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when INTERISTAS's Vassilis Kaiafas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nicolae Barbu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petros Moustogiannis having to interfere. After 12 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Lucian Stere made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petros Moustogiannis was left in no man's land by his defense there! 16 minutes into the match, Lucian Stere had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petros Moustogiannis. INTERISTAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucian Stere was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Petros Moustogiannis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucian Stere went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of INTERISTAS booed when FC Steaua Pildesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nistor Costandache didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Nicolae Barbu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petros Moustogiannis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Petros Moustogiannis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Paulescu in the 27th minute of the match. After 29 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Nicolae Barbu made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petros Moustogiannis was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the game, Nicolae Barbu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Petros Moustogiannis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 43 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Zygmunt Dunajski made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petros Moustogiannis was left in no man's land by his defense there! 48 minutes into the game, FC Steaua Pildesti's Zygmunt Dunajski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petros Moustogiannis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filip Paulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th play minute Nicolae Barbu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Petros Moustogiannis. 0-9. Lucian Stere took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petros Moustogiannis. Petros Moustogiannis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Petros Moustogiannis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Steaua Pildesti's Lucian Stere shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-11 in the ordered_time% minute. A nice corner shot did that Filip Paulescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Petros Moustogiannis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Lucian Stere took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Petros Moustogiannis to make any attempt to save it. Petros Moustogiannis came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Steaua Pildesti's Nicolae Barbu. But to his dismay, Nicolae Barbu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Petros Moustogiannis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Petros Moustogiannis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Dunajski in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th play minute Nicolae Barbu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Petros Moustogiannis. 0-15. Petros Moustogiannis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filip Paulescu in the 81st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucian Stere kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Petros Moustogiannis. That made the score 0-16 in the 83 minute of play. In the 87th minute, Lucian Stere made a precise shot to the right of Petros Moustogiannis. INTERISTAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-17. In the 94th minute Zygmunt Dunajski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Moustogiannis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the INTERISTAS defense, Lucian Stere kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petros Moustogiannis. The INTERISTAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petros Moustogiannis should have stopped the shot.
