Real Death Ducks's Yiğitcan Tugal got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin de Queiroz in the 31st minute of play forced The Masters's goalkeeper Folkert Vos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folkert Vos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Syd Cullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Alfonso in the 36th minute of the match. Franklin de Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Masters's Folkert Vos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ive Volckaerts in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franco Alfonso was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Franco Alfonso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Syd Cullen was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Real Death Ducks defense, Timoteo Griguol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Syd Cullen. The Real Death Ducks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Syd Cullen should have stopped the shot. A collision led to The Masters getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Danilo Deambrosi hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Franco Alfonso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Syd Cullen. Real Death Ducks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Alfonso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. The Masters had won after a very even match.
