The audience thought a goal was coming when Sarp Toprak got free with Sandro Ormea in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the game, AN&KARASİPAHİLER's Aytuğ Çelen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sandro Ormea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Sandro Ormea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aytuğ Çelen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by DARAS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paulo Maldini was slow to take the kick. During this time AN&KARASİPAHİLER's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Biagio Pantano hit a great ball. Mortada Al Mothaf got a throw-in 14 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Cosmin Iureș. Konrad Kruusamäe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Sandro Ormea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Konrad Kruusamäe did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Sandro Ormea 15 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the DARAS defense, Sarp Toprak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandro Ormea. The DARAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Ormea should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Konrad Kruusamäe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sandro Ormea was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 25th minute Konrad Kruusamäe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Ormea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konrad Kruusamäe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Ormea having to interfere. Sandro Ormea made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Sarp Toprak sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, DARAS's Ildefonso Frascuelo got a free kick in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Kruusamäe came free, but Sandro Ormea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Cosmin Iureș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Semih Ayyıldız made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Frascuelo in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Remus Ostoici hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aytuğ Çelen in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Ormea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aytuğ Çelen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sandro Ormea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Biagio Pantano charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Biagio Pantano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Biagio Pantano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sarp Topraks short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Sandro Ormea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

Cosmin Iureș struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Sandro Ormea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AN&KARASİPAHİLER. DARAS's Sandro Ormea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vacid Yazıcı in the 53rd minute of play. Vacid Yazıcı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinnie Jones hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. DARAS made a substitution. Dobrin Mishev replaced Marc Apelkvist. In the 61st match minute, DARAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinnie Jones to maneuver through the defense. DARAS's Matey Shumanski was substituted for Honorio Arnas. Sandro Ormea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sarp Toprak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandro Ormea came out of the goal and Vacid Yazıcı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. DARAS's Sandro Ormea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vacid Yazıcı in the 82nd minute of play. Dobrin Mishev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Semih Ayyıldız made a huge save. Toni Nenchev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Semih Ayyıldız tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vacid Yazıcı in the 87th minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Sandro Ormea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Cosmin Iureș managed to get in a good position for a shot. AN&KARASİPAHİLER's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmin Iureș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandro Ormea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sandro Ormea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vacid Yazıcı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes AN&KARASİPAHİLER got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Maldini. DARAS's Sandro Ormea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarp Toprak in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the AN&KARASİPAHİLER players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
