The crowd rose to their feet as Yuri Paranaense kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnoud de Pelsmakere. That made the score 2-3 in the 97 minute of play. Chants of Espigão Steamrollers echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Cougars FC had held the ball for most of the match.
